The buffet at times is just over loaded with people but that's good I guess.the only problem that seems to continue is poor service in one restaurant downstairs.and I don't mean the buffet.
I have to admit some of the cocktail servers really go out of their way.I find odd they will use ones first name if you're a man ordering with your credit card.at least that is the experience. The staff is pretty friendly at Red Hawk. We find the casino is much cleaner then those at Lake Tahoe. The gaming is hot and cold its been mainly freezing there and I don't mean the weather but the gaming. We mainly go to dine out, and enjoy free play plus they offer certain players rewards gifts.
The road is great getting there, the atmosphere where its located is very nice.
We enjoy taking guests, or family with us as its not that far to drive. My spouse and I frequent the casino, and restaurants about six times a year.
